Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the construction operations, including planning, budgeting, and implementation of projects.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve construction efficiency, quality, and safety.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational priorities and goals.
  • Manage and develop a team of construction professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship.
  • Monitor and report on operational issues, opportunities, and achievements to executive leadership and the board.
  • Represent Habitat for Humanity in external forums, promoting our mission and values.
Requirements
  • 15 years of experience in the residential construction industry.
  • 10 years of leadership experience in a relevant setting, such as construction management or real estate development.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $139,200 - $208,800, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
