About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Housecall Pro. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and their issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch support to customers via various channels, including chat, email, and phone.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, resolving issues and escalating complex problems to senior support team members when necessary.
  • Utilize technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, providing creative solutions and workarounds when possible.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our software and services, staying up-to-date on new features and functionality.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification a plus.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical support or help desk environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
