As a Clinical Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in helping our patients receive the best possible care. You'll work closely with our team to provide oversight of patient care, assist with case conferences, and review and approve orders.

Responsibilities
  • Encourage, mentor, and inspire others to provide exceptional patient care
  • Provide oversight of patient care, assist with case conferences, and review and approve orders
  • Assist the Branch Director in providing ongoing education and training to all branch clinicians to ensure understanding of documentation requirements to meet regulatory standards
  • Execute patient visits, including OASIS assessments, and participate in on-call rotations as needed
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing and licensed in the state of employment and where practicing
  • Minimum of two years nursing experience in medical-surgical and/or subacute settings
  • Good understanding of Federal, State, and local laws/regulatory guidelines governing the operation of a Home Health agency
  • Skilled competency with technology, including general office equipment and EMR platforms
  • Valid state driver's license and automobile liability insurance
  • Reliable transportation to perform visits in patients' homes
