Home Health Administrator

Summit Home Health & Hospice (TX) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Home Health Administrator to oversee day-to-day operations and lead our team in delivering exceptional home health services.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate home health services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, quality, and patient satisfaction.
- Lead and motivate a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of services and effective communication.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- 8 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a home health care environment.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
- Current state license as required by state or federal guidance.
- 4 years administrator experience in a Home Health services is strongly preferred.
- Advanced clinical skills, including ability to manage patient care episodes, changes to plan of care, clinical evaluations, and recommendations.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with ability to set objectives, assess staff competencies, allocate work, and create a motivating, safe working environment.
- Ability to quickly become proficient in enterprise applications (Kinnser, etc.) with intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Develop trusted relationships and networks, leverage personal networks, and relate across both supervisory and leadership levels.
- Training and Development skills.
- Knowledge of home healthcare regulations and compliance.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
