Job Summary

The Guest Services Agent is a key member of our Front Office team, responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests throughout their stay. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcoming guests and checking them in efficiently
  • Responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Maintaining accurate records and completing tasks on the shift checklist
  • Providing information on hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
  • Assisting with room reservations, check-ins, and check-outs
  • Ensuring a clean and organized work area
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a hotel or related field preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and multitask
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
