This role is integral to our operations and will be based in our Houston office, requiring full onsite presence. The selected candidate will report directly to the IT Director.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional customer service to internal clients.
- Provide telephonic support to designated offices.
- Ensure comprehensive application, desktop, hardware, and software support, aiming for prompt resolutions for users.
- Document all issues and requests using the IT help desk software.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new employees and the offboarding process for departing staff.
- Offer end-user support for hardware, software, and cloud services.
- Maintain ownership of all assigned issues until resolution is achieved.
- Help identify and document recurring technical issues.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- 3-5 years of experience in a service desk environment.
- Strong understanding of MS Windows operating systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Knowledgeable in cloud-based solutions and document management systems.
- Excellent customer service skills, both written and verbal.
- A collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and be available for on-call duties during assigned weekends.
- Experience in a legal environment is highly advantageous.
