Technical Support Specialist

At Insight Global, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Technician to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day technical assistance and support related to operations of computer hardware, software, and network issues with high degree of customer satisfaction, technical knowledge and timeliness.
Key Responsibilities- Provide first response to moderately complex technical support to customers through various support channels.
- Record inquiries, repair and service requests, resolve or direct requests to appropriate technical area, track status and follow up to ensure client satisfaction.
- Escalate to or consult with senior staff when solution is unclear.
- Associate's Degree or higher.
- Customer center experience, preferably technical.
- Comfortable with hitting assigned metrics.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with high ticket volume.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including quick communication.
- Eagerness to grow within the team.
- Help Desk experience.
- Healthcare background.
