Job Overview

At Insight Global, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Technician to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day technical assistance and support related to operations of computer hardware, software, and network issues with high degree of customer satisfaction, technical knowledge and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first response to moderately complex technical support to customers through various support channels.
  • Record inquiries, repair and service requests, resolve or direct requests to appropriate technical area, track status and follow up to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Escalate to or consult with senior staff when solution is unclear.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree or higher.
  • Customer center experience, preferably technical.
  • Comfortable with hitting assigned metrics.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with high ticket volume.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including quick communication.
  • Eagerness to grow within the team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Help Desk experience.
  • Healthcare background.
