This role will be performed onsite, providing essential desktop and server administration support across multiple locations. The Technical Support Specialist is crucial in assisting employees with troubleshooting various computer and software issues.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the overall upkeep of the firm's IT infrastructure.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical errors while offering solutions to end-users.
  • Ensure systems are updated with the latest hardware and software as required.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is preferred, but entry-level candidates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Familiarity with AV monitoring and remediation, as well as proficiency in MS Windows, operating systems, and office productivity tools.
  • Ability to troubleshoot:
    • Hardware issues
    • Software malfunctions
    • Operating system problems on company desktops and laptops
    • Printer complications
    • VPN connectivity issues
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • A collaborative team player who takes initiative.
  • Capability to engage with individuals at various organizational levels.

Additional Requirements:

This position will necessitate driving responsibilities after the temporary period concludes. Candidates must provide:

  • A valid Driver's License
  • Proof of insurance for their personal vehicle, which may be used for work purposes
  • A clean driving record, verified through an MVR background check
  • Upon beginning driving duties, candidates will be included in the random drug testing pool due to the use of a company vehicle or personal vehicle for work-related tasks.
