Position Overview:

As a Territory Sales Manager - Northeast, you will play a key role in launching the Zip brand and HydroTap product range into the North American market. Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain business relationships with trade partners, including management, sales, designers, influencers, and specifiers.
  • Develop and manage sales pipelines, forecasting, and strategizing growth objectives with partners.
  • Conduct trade trainings, lunch-and-learns, and live events to generate activity and ensure the Zip brand is displayed and presented accurately.
  • Travel and make regular visits to dealers, designers, builders, and influencers to build and maintain productive relationships.
  • Identify further saturation opportunities in geographic locations and develop and manage sales pipelines.
  • Conduct periodic business reviews with accounts to ensure focused growth potential.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years' experience in outside/B2B sales or similar roles in the luxury appliance/plumbing industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Interior Design, Building Sciences, or Construction.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional time and process management skills.
  • Proven ability in building stakeholder relationships and a quantifiable track record of sales achievements.
