About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team at US Foods. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and managing established and new customers, selling food and non-food items to achieve sales and profitability goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales and profitability goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Sell food and non-food items to customers, including value-added services
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as operations and marketing, to drive business growth
  • Manage deliveries to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products
  • Communicate and collect accounts receivable as necessary
Requirements
  • 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in the foodservice industry
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and presentation abilities
  • Ability to build internal and external relationships and cold call to develop new business
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Competitive spirit and results-driven mentality
  • Problem-solving ability and organization and negotiation skills
  • Team up mentality to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office products and customer relationship management tools
