As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Approach and greet customers, offering assistance and guidance throughout the vehicle purchasing process.
  • Develop a strong understanding of our automotive offerings, including features, trim levels, and competitive models.
  • Qualify customers, determine their needs, and recommend the best vehicle and options.
  • Negotiate and close deals, complete pre-sale documents, and work with insurance companies.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
  • Report to sales manager and general manager on new and pending deals, objectives, and daily activities.

Requirements:

  • Superior customer service skills.
  • Ability to respond well to direction and suggestions of management.
  • Ability and desire to achieve individual and department goals.
  • Punctual and reliable.
  • Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone, via email, and face-to-face.
  • Ability to negotiate in accordance with trained method.
  • Clean and valid driver's license.
  • Willing to work nights and weekends.
