Automotive Service Representatives

The Automotive Assistant/Service Manager is a key member of our team, responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our repair shop. This includes scheduling mechanics/technicians' work, ordering parts, and ensuring the quality and timely completion of jobs that exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and manage the work of mechanics/technicians to ensure efficient operation of the repair shop
- Order parts and materials as needed to support repair operations
- Ensure the quality and timely completion of jobs, meeting or exceeding customer expectations
- Communicate safety and mechanical issues to the store manager to relate to the customer
- Provide basic supervisory/leadership skills to effectively manage the team
About the Position of Service Manager
The Service Manager is responsible for assisting customers with tire selections and under-car repair services needed. This is a sales-oriented position requiring prior sales experience in products/services requiring up-selling techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with tire selections and under-car repair services needed
- Provide sales-oriented support to customers, utilizing up-selling techniques to meet sales goals
- Work closely with the store manager to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales targets
- Develop and maintain knowledge of repairs and the automotive industry to provide expert advice to customers

Qualifications

- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Possess 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, or 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance, or any combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
