We are excited to present a remarkable opportunity for a dedicated individual to join our team at a premier resort located in the scenic Colorado Rockies.

As an Environmental Services Manager, you will be part of a dynamic environment that offers a blend of luxury and excitement.

The resort features a variety of dining options, including a Chophouse, a 24/7 Café, a Buffet, and a Bistro Restaurant.

Additionally, you will be immersed in the thrilling atmosphere of our expansive casino, which includes over 1,200 slot machines, 48 table games, a new poker room, and a sports betting area.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversees a team of 5-8 members in the Public Area Housekeeping Department

Manages performance evaluations for team members (coaching, recognition, disciplinary actions, performance assessments, etc.)

Maintains consistent communication with departmental leadership

Responsible for the recruitment and onboarding of overnight staff

Ensures cleanliness of all casino areas, including the gaming floor, buffet, and parking facilities

Tasks include scrubbing, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping

Assigns tasks to team members and follows up to ensure adherence to company standards

Maintains cleanliness and supplies in casino restrooms

Disposes of waste from all areas of the casino property

Reports maintenance issues to management or the Facilities department

Assists other departments with cleaning duties as necessary

Delivers exceptional guest service

Required Qualifications:
Prior experience in housekeeping and supervisory roles is preferred

Must possess a friendly, approachable demeanor and be a team player

Strong communication and organizational skills are essential

Ability to work collaboratively with others as well as independently

Must be capable of standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods, and performing repetitive motions with hands and arms

Physical ability to balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach

Must be able to lift heavy objects

Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
