As a leader in the Environmental Services department, you will assist the manager/director in ensuring a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations, managing staff schedules, coordinating interdepartmental activities, training and mentoring team members, conducting performance evaluations, implementing quality and process improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.


Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

- High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
- A minimum of two years of experience in Environmental Services is preferred
- At least one year of leadership experience is preferred
- Familiarity with TJC and OSHA regulatory standards relevant to Environmental Services
- Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and analytical skills
- Effective oral and written communication abilities, along with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Intermediate computer proficiency
- Physical Requirements: Medium Work - ability to exert/lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs. constantly
