Key Areas of Focus: Automotive dealerships across various regions.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and securing new automotive dealership partnerships
  • Enhancing F&I product sales and overall dealership performance
  • Establishing operational policies and procedures for newly onboarded partners
  • Delivering engaging sales presentations and training for dealerships
  • Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in management, sales, or F&I
  • Understanding of retail automotive dealership operations
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and sales abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the designated regions
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively
