Operations Administrator Role
At Great Day Improvements, we are seeking a highly skilled Operations Administrator to join our team. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that all administrative, scheduling, and clerical functions are performed in accordance with company guidelines.
The Operations Administrator will be the main point of contact for customers, handling questions and problems in a timely and professional manner. They will also be responsible for maintaining the Production Log, reviewing new contracts for accuracy, and handling ATCs and cancellations.
Additionally, the Operations Administrator will be responsible for reviewing and/or performing all accounting functions, including A/R, A/P, and checking account management. They will also be responsible for employee personnel and payroll information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execution of the JUMP program to ensure customer communication is maintained throughout the project
- Main point of contact for customers in handling questions or problems
- Maintain the Production Log
- Review new contracts for accuracy and completeness
- Handling ATCs and cancellations
- Review and/or perform all accounting functions
- Employee personnel and payroll information
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years' experience in customer/client services, call center, help desk, or other applicable service-related industries
- Good problem-solving skills
- Competent in the use of technology and able to function proficiently in our IT systems
- Well-organized and able to think on your feet
- Proactive in managing customer interactions and customer expectations
- Great business sense and judgment
Performance Expectations:
- Customer resolutions within 24 hours or less
- JUMP program executed 100%
- Net score 90% or better in communication on customer service survey
- Online reviews for 10% of all installed jobs
