Job Summary:

The Learning Resources Coordinator is responsible for managing and overseeing the operation and administration of a Learning Resource Center (LRC) on campus. This position requires a strong understanding of learning resources and technical services, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train staff to ensure efficient operation of the LRC

• Manage daily operations, including circulation, audiovisual services, and lab management

• Communicate LRC policies and procedures to staff and students

• Coordinate budget process for equipment and supplies

• Ensure security and maintenance of physical assets

• Prepare and maintain essential records and files

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least three years of prior-related work experience. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for success in this role.
