Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Orgill, Inc. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for analyzing customer needs and offering products, programs, solutions, and services to retail hardware stores, lumber yards, and farm & ranch supply dealers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze customer needs and offer products, programs, solutions, and services to retail hardware stores, lumber yards, and farm & ranch supply dealers.
  • Work from home, traveling by auto to an assigned geographic territory.
  • Prepare and present professional sales proposals.
  • Develop and implement weekly action plans to maximize sales with effective scheduled sales calls and travel itineraries.
  • Possess a working knowledge of email, internet, and Microsoft Office computer applications.
Requirements
  • Two or more years of experience in the wholesale or retail hardware, lumber, building materials and/or farm supply trade.
  • Associate or Bachelor degree preferred.
  • Medical, Prescription, Dental, Employee Assistance Program, Disability Insurance, and 8 Paid Holidays.
