We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief Sales and Business Development Director to join our team at Brookdale Quincy Bay. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing business relationships, and leading a team of professionals in the pursuit of excellence.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute marketing plans to achieve community occupancy goals.
  • Closing sales by assisting prospective residents and their families in making informed decisions about our services.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with referral sources, including healthcare professionals, senior organizations, and local businesses.
  • Sales processes, systems, and forms to track information, compile data, and reports, and achieve desired community occupancy goals.

What We Offer:

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field from an accredited college or university.
  • A minimum of five years sales experience, preferably in the retirement industry or medical/pharmaceutical sales, with a proven track record of generating and closing qualified leads.
  • Frequent car travel requires a valid driver's license.
