About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Funeral Services Business Development Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships and account management.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
  2. Build strong relationships with funeral homes and their staff to identify new business opportunities.
  3. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
Requirements
  • Funeral director license required.
  • Applicable state insurance license and preneed license/certification (where applicable).
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, or 1-2 years of in-person sales/customer service experience in a senior market.
  • Strong relationship development and communication skills.
  • Ability to sell effectively over the phone and in-person.
  • Empathetic, caring, and compassionate mindset with a strong work ethic.
