Job Title: Learning and Development Manager

Join Coca-Cola Bottling Co as a Learning and Development Manager and play a key role in shaping the future of our organization.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning and Development Manager to support our Market Unit Leadership teams within their assigned geography. As a Learning and Development Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating, presenting, and monitoring Coca-Cola Consolidated's learning and development programs for all teammates in their assigned Market Unit(s).

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent and support a diverse client base of 1000 to 1500 teammates, serving customers at all organization levels and various geographic areas in forming strategic partnerships to successfully identify and address L and D needs.
  • Provide resources, facilitate process consistency, support execution and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct Capability Assessments through RED Market Visits (Providing Coaching, Feedback, and Solutions).
  • Partner with leadership to develop action plans to address gaps.
  • Build and develop strong sustainable relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide Training expertise and governance on Key Programs including Sales Effectiveness, Capability Training, New Teammate Onboarding, and Leadership.
  • Assess, develop, and deliver materials that will help employees understand the subjects being taught using the proper Training Medium.
  • Conduct Measurements and Evaluation of Training to determine effectiveness and areas for enhancements to ensure a return on investment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Knowledge acquired through 3 to up to 5 years of work experience.
  • Knowledge of Adult Learning Styles.
  • Knowledge of e-learning and Training mediums.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, communication, presentation, and writing skills.
  • Ability to manage a diverse portfolio of projects, quickly mediate between competing priorities, prioritize work and practice effective time management.
  • Proven track record forming partnerships and influencing effectively across all areas of the organization.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to coach, counsel, encourage and motivate people to produce tangible outputs from concepts and ideas as well as stated goals/objectives.
Work Environment

This role will be based in an office environment with occasional travel up to 50% of the time across multiple CCCI territories.
