Job Summary

The Sales Associate plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our optical stores. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on eyewear and lenses, ensuring every customer leaves our store satisfied and empowered to see the world with clarity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings, ensuring customers receive the best possible vision solution.
  • Assist patients in selecting frames, coordinating frames with optical measurements, and providing personalized recommendations.
  • Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with Opticians as needed.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and promote a positive store culture.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ year of experience in retail or customer service.
  • Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and calculators.
  • Basic phone and math skills.
  • Ability to sell through the use of sales skills and accountability for sales results.
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written).
  • Self-motivation and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
