Job Description

Granicus is seeking a highly motivated and experienced SLED Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base within the government sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within the government sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies and decision-makers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the government sector and its sales dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with government agencies and decision-makers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong technical skills, with experience in CRM software and other sales tools.
