Insurance Sales Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at Farmers Insurance - Team Twin Cities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for meeting new business production goals and objectives, developing insurance quotes, and fostering strong relationships with our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Solicit new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
  • Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
  • Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
  • Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.

Requirements:

  • College degree (Preferred but not required)
  • Sales and customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Desire to continually learn new products and services
