Job Summary

We are a dynamic construction company seeking a highly skilled Corporate Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to our firm, including managing front office operations, maintaining office supplies inventory, and coordinating office and shop maintenance and repairs.

This is a challenging role that requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all front office operations
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Coordinate office and shop maintenance and repairs
  • Track and coordinate all vehicle and equipment maintenance and repairs
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and other work-related items

Requirements:

  • 5+ years administrative assistance and/or office management experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with construction management software preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities

Estimated Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year
