  • Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring confidentiality and data security.
  • Coordinate office and shop maintenance, repairs, and upgrades, as needed.

**Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in administration, preferably in construction or a related industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and QuickBooks Online.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

**Salary:** $62,000 - $82,000 per year, based on experience.
