We are in search of a seasoned Client Relationship Manager who possesses a strong sales acumen and expertise in absence management solutions. If you excel at nurturing client relationships, achieving sales objectives, and customizing solutions, this opportunity is ideal for you.

  • Directly market absence management solutions to clients and through broker partnerships.
  • Advocate for nurse case management and advanced case management offerings.
  • Oversee and expand existing client accounts, acting as the primary liaison.
  • Leverage platforms such as Insight, Origami, and HubSpot for effective sales and account oversight.
  • Build and maintain a substantial portfolio, targeting three times the salary in sales prior to commissions.
  • Tailor absence management programs to improve employee experience and client satisfaction.
  • Address Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and manage the proposal process.
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure comprehensive absence management policies are established.
  • Focus on larger group sizes, ideally targeting 1,000+ employees, with a preference for groups of 5,000 or more.
  • Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, ancillary benefits, or within a payroll organization.
  • Demonstrated success in sales, particularly with HR professionals or brokers in the absence management space.
  • Familiarity with TPA processes, insurance firms, and brokerage operations.
  • Capability to work with large group sizes and customize solutions for clients.
  • Client-focused mindset with a strong understanding of client needs.
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to take calculated risks and work autonomously.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience with unions is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and engage in proactive outreach to develop new business.
  • Confidence to initiate calls within a month of joining.
  • Preference for candidates based in the Chicagoland area, though we are open to qualified individuals from other locations.
