This is a journey-level contract management position that involves developing and evaluating contracts, conducting monitoring activities, and providing technical assistance to contractors. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of contracting and procurement regulations, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and evaluate contracts for community care services programs
- Conduct monitoring activities to ensure contractor compliance with state and federal regulations
- Provide technical assistance to contractors on program rules and policies
- Assist with developing contract administration policies and procedures
- Initiate, develop, negotiate, process, and manage contracts, renewals, and amendments
- Journey-level knowledge of contracting and procurement regulations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to interpret policies, procedures, and regulations regarding contract enrollment
This position will work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
