Bilingual Commercial Services Specialist II

As a Bilingual Commercial Services Specialist II at Cox Automotive, you will play a vital role in managing account relationships, maintaining effective communications, and ensuring customer requirements are met. This exciting opportunity will challenge you to work closely with clients and vehicles, utilizing your skills in vehicle reconditioning, general auto body knowledge, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage account relationships and maintain effective communications with clients
• Review and update condition reports, approve and audit vehicle repair reports
• Collaborate with Lot Operations and Recon departments to ensure timely completion of reconditioning
• Communicate with clients to resolve problems and provide quality service
• Follow all safety and health procedures and model the behaviors related to such

Requirements
• High School Diploma/GED and 3 years' experience in a related field
• OR the right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline and up to 1 year of experience
• OR 5 years' experience in a related field
• Effective communication and organization skills required
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service is essential
• Bilingual Spanish and English is a must
Work Environment
This is an outdoor role, meaning exposure to weather elements is to be expected. To be employed in this role, you'll need to clear a pre-employment drug test. Cox Automotive does not currently administer a pre-employment drug test for marijuana for this position. However, we are a drug-free workplace, so the possession, use or being under the influence of drugs illegal under federal or state law during work hours, on company property and/or in company vehicles is prohibited.
