  • Trade Show Participation: Plan, organize, and participate in trade shows and industry events. Coordinate logistics, manage booth setup, and engage with potential clients and partners.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales manager and external marketing company to align marketing strategies with sales goals. Ensure that all marketing activities support overall business objectives.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, performance, and ROI. Present findings to the management team and provide actionable insights.
  • Marketing Support: Assist with the creation of marketing materials, campaign planning, and other marketing activities as needed. Ensure that all marketing efforts are cohesive and aligned with the company's brand and objectives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance marketing effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, data analysis, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Experience with dashboard creation and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Work Environment:

Work is performed in a normal office environment with limited privacy and some exposure to background noise.
