Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of market intelligence in the storage segment, including trends, workloads, and market dynamics. They will also have a broad knowledge of data center infrastructure, including server storage platforms, and a high-level technical understanding of solid-state storage technologies.

Responsibilities
• Partner closely with the brand marketing team to develop and execute influencer strategies that align with Solidigm's overall brand objectives.
• Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with influencers, content creators, agencies, and other partners.
• Continuously scout for new influencers and content creators who align with Solidigm's brand values and marketing needs.
• Lead strategic influencer outreach and product seeding campaigns.
• Collaborate across departments, including product development, sales, and customer service, to ensure influencer campaigns are integrated into wider marketing efforts.
• Contribute to the planning and creation of high-quality, engaging content that aligns with Solidigm's brand voice.
• Act as a brand ambassador at key events, trade shows, and online communities, engaging with fans, influencers, and partners to build strong brand loyalty.
• Implement robust measurement frameworks to track and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns.

Requirements
• BA degree in Communications, Marketing, PR, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing and talent management, with a proven track record of driving successful influencer campaigns.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence external partners.
• Deep understanding of social media best practices, influencer trends, and audience engagement strategies.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on achieving measurable results.
• Experience working with global teams and managing cross-cultural relationships.

Preferred Qualifications
• 4+ years of experience in data center and AI workloads.
• Prior experience in marketing a hardware technology or SSDs.
• Relative experience with technical content creation.
