Job Description

Dewberry is seeking a skilled Construction Coordinator II to join our Construction Management Group. This position will be based in either Manteca or Rancho Cordova, CA, with part-time work in a field construction office environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage construction office and project administration tasks
  • Process and manage field reports, technical data, and contract documents
  • Prepare meeting agendas and minutes for distribution
  • Process RFI's, submittals, progress pay applications, and contract change orders
  • Support CM project managers with coordination and scheduling of field activities
  • Develop marketing materials and proposal content
  • Assist with processing CM group invoicing
Required Skills & Experience
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree Preferred
  • 2+ years of experience with diverse business operations, including accounting, marketing, and document control functions
  • Familiarity with construction vernacular and experience working in field construction office environments
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills

Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record.
