Job Title: Account Executive

Interface is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our sales team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in the state of Massachusetts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow key market segments, including healthcare, education, and industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, and end-users to drive specifications and sales growth.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and expense reports in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background.
  • At least three years of sales experience, preferably in the commercial sales space.
  • Strong business acumen, entrepreneurial drive, and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present to virtual audiences.
  • Ability to plan and prioritize independent work schedule, with frequent travel within the territory.
