We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect to join our team as a Project Manager. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for leading projects from conceptual design to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects from conceptual design to completion, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Manage and coordinate the work of designers, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective communication and project success.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in design.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in architecture, with a strong background in project management.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
