Position Summary:
The selected candidate will oversee comprehensive project management from initial proposal stages through to construction completion. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of architectural projects, ensuring quality and compliance.

Qualifications:
- Architectural Registration with a minimum of 10 years of industry experience.
- Experience in both new construction and renovation projects.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Proficient in AutoCAD and BIM software.
- Strong command of MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to solve problems and make decisions in complex situations.
- Thorough understanding of local, state, and federal building codes.
- Technical proficiency in construction methods and materials.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to design within budget constraints.
- Knowledge of project management principles.
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration.
