Position Summary:
The selected candidate will oversee comprehensive project management from initial proposal stages through to construction completion. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all phases of architectural projects, ensuring quality and compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Architectural Registration with a minimum of 10 years of industry experience.
  • Experience in both new construction and renovation projects.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Proficient in AutoCAD and BIM software.
  • Strong command of MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to solve problems and make decisions in complex situations.
  • Thorough understanding of local, state, and federal building codes.
  • Technical proficiency in construction methods and materials.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to design within budget constraints.
  • Knowledge of project management principles.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration.
