About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Lead to join our team at Galaxy USA. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a marketing strategy that aligns with our overall business goals and objectives for Galaxy Asset Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, lead, and manage Galaxy Asset Management's marketing strategy, ensuring it is on-brand, relevant, differentiated, engaging, thought-provoking, and actionable.
  • Coordinate with our internal marketing team as well as external agencies on all aspects of Galaxy Asset Management's marketing activities, including website properties, email marketing, digital marketing, events, and more.
  • Manage and optimize lead generation efforts, utilizing data and analytics to make informed marketing decisions and improve campaign performance.
  • Work closely with Galaxy's product specialists, analysts, portfolio managers, and subject matter experts to promote our insights and capabilities and drive client acquisition and deep client relationships.
  • Ideate engaging content formats for different channels to drive product interests and build subject matter expertise and market recognition on active strategies in digital assets and digital assets-related equities.
  • Further strengthen our brand leadership in the digital asset space across our global partnerships, including the US, Canada, Brazil, and Europe.
  • Ensure Compliance requirements are met, and firm priorities are aligned with.
  • Contribute to strategic marketing priorities to achieve greater efficiency and effectiveness via process streamlining, optimization, and/or innovations.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing and communications.
  • Experience working in finance and/or asset management.
  • Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with Hubspot CRM and Marketing Hub.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and an ability to manage complex workflows.
  • Experience managing brand, design, and media agencies.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Proactivity, entrepreneurial spirit, quick learner, and team player mentality.
  • Knowledge of, or at least a strong interest in digital assets.
  • Bachelor's degree.
