Senior Financial Reporting Manager

Marathon Asset Management is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Reporting Manager to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and preparing timely financial reports for the firm's funds and SPVs. This includes audited financial statements, regulatory reporting, and other financial-related reporting.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of US GAAP for investment companies and working knowledge of financial products, especially fixed income and derivatives. Excellent communication skills, a disciplined and responsible personality, and high energy level are essential for this role.
The Senior Financial Reporting Manager will work closely with the compliance and operations teams and will be responsible for assisting on special projects. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting with a CPA is required, along with 10+ years of experience in the finance industry.
The average salary for this role is $150,000 - $ in base pay, exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on the candidate's experience, location, skills, training, certifications, and education, as well as internal equity and market data.
