Job Overview

Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company, seeks a skilled Account Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of assigned accounts. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients and employees, developing and retaining staff, and coordinating necessary support services to meet financial and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise security operations of assigned client sites
  • Manage a team of security officers, site and/or shift supervisors, including hiring, scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, and development
  • Ensure high-quality security services are provided to protect people and property
  • Build and improve relationships with clients and employees
  • Coordinate support services to effectively manage client sites and meet financial and operational goals
  • Ensure all required reporting and contract compliance requirements are met
  • Handle escalated security issues or emergency situations
  • Other management responsibilities as determined by leadership
Requirements
  • Four-year degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous contract security, facilities management, military, or law enforcement experience
  • At least two years of business management/operations/supervisory experience
  • Ability to develop and grow customer relationships
  • Experience in hiring, developing, motivating, and retaining quality staff
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communications skills
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented management environment
