- Has a general understanding of medical records and confidentiality protocols, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements.
- Fully participates in patient-centered healthcare, demonstrating a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Customer service experience required, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care.
- Administrative or medical office experience preferred.
- Ability to comply with company policies, procedures, and business ethics guidelines.
- Complete job-required training and demonstrate proficiency.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including HIPAA, Stark, OSHA, and employment laws.
- Demonstrate prompt and reliable attendance, with flexibility to work varying shifts and schedules.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care.
