- Identify and log customer complaints according to procedure.
- High school diploma or equivalent and 2-5 years of experience in a customer service or banking-related role.
- Excellent written, verbal, and telephone communication skills.
- Proficient understanding of PC operating systems and major web browsers.
- Ability to work with internal partners, vendors, and other associates.
