Job Purpose & Scope

As a Treasury Management Specialist at Bank OZK, you will be responsible for providing post-implementation client support and customer service. This includes assisting clients with technical troubleshooting, monitoring software and hardware upgrades, and communicating with management and clients as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily support to the TMS Sales, TMS Implementation, and TMS Operations teams, as well as to all treasury clients and business partners.
  • Engage in direct contact with the TMS Sales, TMS Implementation, TMS Operations, and all treasury clients and business partners.
  • Assist clients with technical troubleshooting to component-level specifications.
  • Monitor software and hardware upgrades, and communicate with management and clients as needed.
  • Provide hardware/software installation assistance for Treasury Management clients.
  • Oversee the ordering of necessary equipment and supplies as requested by clients.
  • Open and work assigned service tickets.
  • Provide daily support to all branch/department staff relating to Treasury Management, including WireXchange, Cash Ordering Portals, and other system-related setups, lockouts, and resets.
  • Support other departments within the Bank with Treasury Management products and services.
  • Serve as an administrator for banking-related services.
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of policy and procedures related to Treasury Management products and services.
  • Maintain good punctuality and attendance to work.
  • Follow Bank policy, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of technical, help desk, or call center work experience required.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of work experience with computers, including Microsoft Word and Excel required.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of related customer service work experience and/or specialized training preferred.
  • Bilingual skills in Spanish or Portuguese preferred.
