Job Purpose & Scope:

This position plays a vital role in Corporate Trust activities, including receiving, reviewing, and establishing ticklers for issuer insurance and financial reports. The successful candidate will also serve as a backup for the Corporate Trust Operations Specialist III.

Essential Job Functions:
  1. Receive, review, and establish ticklers for issuer insurance and financial reports, including audited annual financial reports and quarterly and annual financial reports.
  2. Receive, review, and appropriately disseminate insurance and financial reports.
  3. Send reminder letters 30 days in advance of required receipt date for insurance and financials. Send follow-up reminder letters every 30 days.
  4. Timely filing of all required documents with EMMA.
  5. Certify documents to issuer if applicable.
  6. Cross-train and function as backup for Corporate Trust Operations Specialist III as needed. This includes:
    1. Stock and bond transfers.
    2. Interest and dividend payments.
    3. Debt billing service.
    4. DTC daily and/or monthly interface functions.
  7. Maintain good punctuality and attendance to work.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  1. Ability to work comfortably with numbers and financial data.
  2. Excellent computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Ability to handle multiple tasks.
  5. Ability to perform under general supervision.
  6. Strong organizational skills.
  7. Problem-solving ability.
  8. Ability to succeed in a team environment.
Basic Qualifications:
  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. At least one year prior administrative/office experience.
  3. 1 year experience with computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  4. 6 months experience in a financial/accounting setting.
Job Expectations:

Operate customary equipment and technology used in a business environment, with or without accommodation.
