Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and respond to emergencies, system and alarm events, and document routine and unusual events occurring on or near Bank facilities.
  • Monitor security, communications, and life safety systems via appropriate monitoring tools/systems.
  • Control physical access entry points and provide access to employees, visitors, and vendors.
  • Answer telephone queue calls and direct inquiries appropriately, documenting and conveying messages in a timely manner.
  • Respond to system events, alarm events, and emergencies in a timely, effective, and professional manner.
  • Create security systems support tickets for system maintenance/service issues.
  • Receive, document, scan, sort, notify, and validate receipt of incoming courier shipments.
  • Maintain good punctuality and attendance to work.
  • Follow Bank policy, procedures, and guidelines.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, required.
  • 1+ year of work experience in security, military, law enforcement, alarm monitoring, or call center, preferred.
