Your Impact

Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist in strategically optimizing store sales, achieving sales targets, and tracking sales performance against key metrics.
  • Encourage a consumer-focused mindset and demonstrate effective selling behaviors through authentic interactions with customers.
  • Provide constructive feedback, coaching, and oversight of associates and the in-store experience.
  • Guide and lead a team to surpass sales objectives.
  • Ensure the store team engages with each customer to create a genuine brand experience and maintain visual merchandising standards.
  • Comply with policies, procedures, standards, and practices that align with company directives.
  • Promote an exceptional consumer experience in all circumstances, leading by example.
Qualifications for Success

What You Bring:


  • Ability to coach and inspire a team to excel in sales and profitability, achieving business objectives through the store team.
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule to meet business needs; this may include weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • 1+ years of retail experience preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • A formal education and advanced degrees are beneficial, but we prioritize your overall experience and professional accomplishments.
