Position Summary:
The Second Shift Retail Leader plays a crucial role in supporting the Assistant General Manager and General Manager in overseeing sales and operational activities during the evening hours. Your leadership will foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all essential store roles, including cashier, doughnut decorator, and sanitation duties.
  • Assist in executing opening and closing procedures efficiently.
  • Support the management team in driving sales through various channels, including retail and fundraising.
  • Achieve financial goals by managing income and expenses according to the store budget.
  • Promote local marketing initiatives to enhance store visibility and sales.
  • Manage resources effectively, including cash handling, inventory control, and equipment maintenance.
  • Complete corporate reporting accurately and on time.
  • Implement strategies to maximize operational efficiencies and maintain product quality.
  • Coordinate production schedules to align with customer demand while optimizing labor hours.
  • Foster a safe working environment by promoting safety practices and addressing any incidents promptly.
  • Engage with customers warmly, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the store.
  • Assist in the upkeep of store facilities and equipment.
  • Support the training and development of team members, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Enforce company policies and standards consistently, serving as a role model for staff.
  • Assist in the implementation of directives from corporate management.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support store operations.

Essential Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
  • Basic mathematical skills for financial transactions.
  • Experience in food service or retail management.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving skills at both strategic and operational levels.

Physical Requirements:
