RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Promote products effectively and assist customers with inquiries.
  • Communicate the store's vision and align it with corporate strategies.
  • Analyze business trends and identify inventory opportunities.
Operational Responsibilities
  • Manage workflow through effective planning and time management.
  • Ensure adequate staffing levels based on sales trends and budget guidelines.
  • Comply with all company policies and operational procedures.
  • Assist the Store Manager in maintaining store cleanliness and appearance.
  • Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Report any loss prevention incidents to management.
  • Motivate and supervise team members.
Visual, Brand, and Product Management
  • Support pricing strategies to optimize gross margin.
  • Assist in executing merchandise displays according to visual standards.
  • Communicate inventory needs to the Store Manager.
  • Facilitate the replenishment of merchandise on the sales floor.
People Responsibilities
  • Adhere to Human Resources standards and practices.
  • Hold team members accountable for achieving results and share opportunities with management.
