Job Summary

BakeMark is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our branch operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our administrative and customer service staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Ensure accurate and timely credit control, collection, and reporting. Maintain accounts receivable insurance programs and coordinate with central accounts payable.
  • Administrative Support: Assist the General Manager with report preparation and provide administrative support as needed.
  • Payroll and Benefits: Directly manage local payroll reporting, maintain all payroll records, union dues, billing, health & welfare, and pension payments and reconciliation.
  • Personnel Management: Maintain all personnel files, 401k, and insurance programs. Ensure compliance with administrative policy and procedures.
  • Communication: Handle corporate requests for information and ensure seamless communication with central accounting.
Requirements
  • Administrative Experience: 1 year of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other relevant software.
