The Financial Control Manager - Preferred Project Execution plays a crucial role within the Consumer Investments (CI) Supervision Leadership Team. This position involves reporting to multiple stakeholders, including Division Supervision Managers and the Complex Products & Platform Supervision leader, while keeping the Business Segment Supervision Executive (BSSE) updated on significant developments. The role focuses on developing and enhancing supervision technologies, processes, and strategies within the broader Supervision Organization. By collaborating closely with various teams, the Financial Control Manager will prioritize and advance CI Supervision's operational excellence initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the assessment of risk and control environments to ensure compliance with enterprise-wide standards.
  • Conduct monitoring and testing of controls, identifying issues and proposing improvements for remediation.
  • Implement optimized controls and enhance Quality Assurance (QA) practices to support business continuity.
  • Manage team performance and productivity in conducting quality inspection reviews.
  • Ensure timely execution of QA activities, including control execution and results reporting.
  • Oversee responses for regulatory exams, internal audits, and other inspections.
  • Ensure data accuracy and capture relevant information for inspection metrics to support governance reporting.
Required Qualifications:
  • Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Proven leadership and collaboration abilities.
  • Experience in managing projects and executing changes within a financial services context.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Relevant FINRA licenses (Series 7, 8 or 9/10, 24, and 63/65 or 66).
