Financial Professional Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and dynamic Financial Professional to join our growing team in Lincoln. As a key member of our financial team, you will be responsible for all aspects of financial management, including financial planning, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all financial operations, including financial planning, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Coordinate and execute the period-end and year-end closing process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Perform variance analysis and prepare account reconciliations.
  • Develop and document business processes and financial policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
  • Assist with the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, reporting any variances.
  • Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements.
  • Coordinate the provision of information to external auditors for the annual audit.
  • Liaise with our Finance manager and Operations team to improve financial procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with financial and tax regulations.
  • Assist with special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or related field.
  • Proven experience in financial management is a plus.
  • Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Experience with financial planning and budgeting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Able to read and understand technical forms and financial reports.
  • Willingness to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
