Enterprise Core Sales Executive

FIS is seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Executive to join our IBS/Horizon Core Sales team. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for driving growth across all segments of FIS, with a primary focus on community and regional retail and commercial banking in North America.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow mid-market banking opportunities in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external customers to optimize and leverage all product/sales capabilities.
- Achieve sales proficiency with our products and solutions to effectively position and present our Core Banking solutions to prospective and current customers.
- Build alignment of client objectives to our solutions to deliver impactful value propositions.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales.
- Experience presenting at executive levels, including CEO/CIO/COO.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage C-Level sales and build relationships at a senior level.
